We are unable to offer refunds on our vintage products. However we do offer a 7 day home approval and, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a credit note that is valid for 6 months. All items are returned at the customer’s expense and we accept no liability for items lost in the post. Items must be returned with their original labels still attached and in the same condition as when they were dispatched.
For new items if, after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will offer a full refund on the purchase price.
If, on any new item, the garment does not fit we will offer a full refund or a credit note as long as the garment is returned within 7 days of delivery with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation
If you are returning an item, or items, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
